PURCHASING FIREARMS ONLINE
Firearms purchased online may picked up at our store or will be shipped to a Federal Firearms License holder (Gun store / Pawn shop) near you. It is entirely the customer’s responsibility to research their chosen FFL regarding transfer fees and policies before selecting them. You confirm by placing an order containing a firearm that you are the legal age to do so.
Tracking will be uploaded to your order when your item ships. The name on credit card used will be the name on invoice provided with firearm. Online prices are not valid for big box store price match guarantee.
Allow 3-9 business days for shipment processing. Shipment estimates do not include Sundays or holidays. Orders are shipment processed Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.
When going through our checkout process, you can browse our FFL dealer locator to view FFL dealers near you. Customers who contact their receiving agent and request the transfer information be sent to us at [email protected] usually find reduced processing times. While we will try our best to get this information, it is your responsibility as the customer to arrange your transfer and to verify that your chosen dealer can and will transfer the firearm(s) to you. As we cannot ship a firearm without your chosen FFL’s license information, and all orders will be held until such information is received.

Warranty for NEW Firearms/Products
New firearms/products are warranted by the manufacturer and product returns or repairs should be arranged directly with the manufacturer.
Most manufacturers will require the customer pay shipping to get a firearm to them for repair. This is not ideal but is the policy of most. Please expect to be responsible for the shipping if you have a warranty issue.
Sales on the following items are final:
Products sold “as is” or “used” or that have been installed or used after receipt.
Illumination devices, electronic sights, and optics.
It is solely the customers responsibility to thoroughly inspect the firearm(s) at the FFL prior to accepting the transfer. If there is a noticeable defect of any kind to the firearm, or associated case/contents, please simply refuse the transfer and we will arrange to have the firearm returned to us and issue the customer a refund or replacement firearm if available. If the customer accepts the transfer from the FFL, we can then only refer the customer to the manufacturer for warranty consideration.
All Ammunition sales are final.
Manufacturer defects must be handled by the manufacturer. Please contact them for replacement or repair of your item.
If for any reason a firearm or other item must be shipped back to our warehouse the purchaser is responsible for outbound & return shipping. Returns will not be accepted for any reason after 45 days from the original purchase date.
In the event of a return because of a failed background check, or the purchaser not being of age to purchase a firearm, OR items returned due to delivery refusal or the carrier is unable to deliver, the purchaser will be responsible for the cost of shipping BOTH ways, and there will be a 15% restocking fee for your order.
In the event an order using cryptocurrency needs to be refunded, the refund amount will be returned in the USD equivalent of what was originally paid to us.
For all other returns, upon our receipt of your new, unopened item, your purchase price minus our original outbound shipping cost will be refunded. We will not accept return shipments without a Return Authorization Number. Click Here to Request a Return Authorization

Proof of Delivery
By placing an order with Galaxy Gun Shop, the customer agrees to provide a safe and secure delivery point for their products to arrive; and accepts the “Delivered” carrier status as legally binding proof of delivery in all instances. We are not responsible for porch pirates, or other mishaps after delivery has been made.
All firearms will ship to an FFL signature required.
Optics orders: Must be shipped to the address associated with the card holder’s credit card and will be shipped restricted delivery. The actual card holder will be required to display their ID and sign for delivery.

Shipping protection covers items or packages that have been lost or damaged while in transit. Damage claims, with photos attached must be submitted HERE within 24 hours of carrier confirmed delivery.
Shipping protection ends upon carrier confirmed delivery. In the case of a claim, the amount paid for shipping protection will not be refunded.
Used firearms may not be returned. All sales are final. Description and photos (if available) are provided by the seller.
GENERAL FIREARM SALES
All firearms, magazines, receivers, and restricted law enforcement items are sold and shipped in accordance with all existing federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Many of the firearms, magazines, and parts for sale on this website may be restricted or prohibited in your area. It is your responsibility to check your local and state regulations before ordering.
All new firearms are shipped in the original manufacturer’s box, with magazine(s), accessories, and applicable warranty. Firearms requiring warranty work must be returned to the factory for repair. Accessories and special-order items not normally sold by our store will not be covered under warranty even if these products are part of an integrated firearms package unless we have guaranteed the entire package in writing. Please contact the original manufacturer for warranty information on all accessories and special-order items.
Many of our pictures and descriptions are provided by manufacturers and do not always represent the actual item being purchased. Please verify the picture and description accurately reflects the product described before you place your order. Products are shipped as received from the manufacturer and any packaging/accessories you receive are unaltered. We will not add/remove items before shipment, and what comes with a firearm or other items are occasionally changed by the manufacturer without notice to their retailers.
Prices on firearms and accessories fluctuate daily based on what we can purchase them for. This is how we can offer you the lowest prices on firearms and accessories. We do not offer a price guarantee and will not provide a partial refund if the sale price of a firearm is lowered after you make your purchase.
INDEMNIFICATION AND AGREEMENT TO DEFEND
I understand it is my full responsibility to make sure the firearm, ammunition, or accessories I am purchasing is legal for me to own in my state or jurisdiction. By checking the Terms & Conditions box, to accept, I agree that I am legally allowed to own the items in my shopping cart as detailed above. I further agree that any disputes will be governed by the laws of the State of Texas and the jurisdiction of any proceedings will take place in Grayson County.
I fully agree that if any of my representations when making purchases under the Terms of Sale are incorrect or if I fail to comply with these Terms of Sale, then I will indemnify, defend, save harmless, and release Galaxy Gun Shop and its owners, agents, officers, and employees against any civil liability or criminal prosecution resulting from my purchase from Galaxy Gun Shop.

All orders are shipped promptly from our warehouse or in-store inventory within 3-8 business days using UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Method of shipping will be determined by Galaxy Gun Shop at time of shipping. Galaxy Gun Shop authorizes your method of payment at the time of purchase and captures funds once we have begun processing your shipment. Once your order has begun processing OR received a tracking number it is considered shipped and can no longer be canceled. Please note, tracking may take up to 24 hours to show movement while your package is between our facility and the carrier’s hub for initial scan.
ONLINE PRICE & DESCRIPTION ERRORS
Our online inventory changes every day. Occasionally an item may appear on the site by mistake or the item’s description may contain a typographical error or photographical error. Some items may be pictured with accessories that are not included. These accessories are strictly for reference. We do not guarantee that titles, descriptions, pictures, or prices on our site are error-free. We reserve the right to refuse any order including but not limited to orders for items with errors in the description or price. If we cancel an order, we will not charge the customer’s credit card, or we will refund the money.
You must be 18 or older to purchase rifle or shotgun ammunition and 21 or older to purchase handgun ammunition. All ammunition will be shipped ground with signature required. Always make sure to use the correct ammunition for your specific firearms. Check your local laws for any other regulations.
We will not modify a firearm from its manufactured packing to make it compliant with your state laws this includes removing magazines. We will also not ship firearms to a third party to be modified or changed in any way from manufactured specification. The firearm you order must be compliant AS IS from the manufacturer before we ship. It is entirely your responsibility as the customer to ensure the product being purchased is legal to own in your state.
